Inclusive Growth after COVID-19 –Women Leadership and Economic Participation in a Digital Era: APEC has been moving towards the trend of cross-fora cooperation in recent years, with all economies actively participating and guiding innovation. These fora also pay attention on issues of women economic empowerment and participation. Facing the current challenges, it is essential to share experiences of pandemic prevention and economic recovery. Moreover, assisting SMEs’ digital transition and capacity to prevent pandemics can improve their adaptability and resilience. With these in mind, women-led businesses, especially SMEs, will have a key role to play for enhancing inclusiveness in the region.
